Our client, a leading international organization, isseeking a Coordination Assistant for a temporary assignment.
Responsibilities – Distribute large volumes of digital documents(approximately 12,000 per month) to internal and external resources(over 100 people in total), based on specific criteria (language,document type, etc.) and in accordance with defined schedules.
-Ensure full traceability of each document and accurately record all relevant information in Excel spreadsheets: volumes, costs, quality control results, etc.
– Manage shared mailboxes, handle incoming requests and ensure
effective communication
with both internal teams and external providers.
– Verify processed volumes, check invoices, record completed services and report any discrepancies.
-Perform additional administrative tasks to support the team asneeded.
Profile – Expert-level proficiency in Excel is essential,particularly in the use of pivot tables, advanced formulas, andmacro programming.
➤ These technical skills will be tested as partof the recruitment process.
– Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with numerical data, as well as a solid understanding of accounting-related workflows (without requiring aformal accounting background).
– Excellent command of one, and working knowledge of a second, publication language used within international organizations (English must be one of them).
Languages include:
Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish.
– Prior experience with content management systems is considered a plus.
– Proficiency in IT tools for data processing and information retrieval.
-Demonstrated ability to work with
precision
and efficiency,especially during high-demand periods.
– A proactive and solution-oriented attitude is expected during quieter phases tosupport
continuous improvement
initiatives.
– High standards of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
– Strong
collaboration
skills and the ability tooperate effectively in a multicultural and
diverse
professional environment.
