Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists the corporate team with all aspects of client portfolio administration.
  • Assists in filing records of business activities.
  • Assists the team in preparing documents by printing, copying and binding.
  • Assists in general office administration.
  • Assists the corporate team, with the efficient day to day management of all client affairs in accordance with the established company's procedures.
  • Ensures confidentiality and professional integrity is always upheld.

Qualifications

Degree in Management or any related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Good analytical skills.

Ability to operate with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
