An advisory and fiduciary firm based in Limassol, Cyprus, came to us to help them find and hire a dedicated Corporate Administrator to join their team.
The Corporate Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative functions of the firm’s corporate practice. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate administration within a legal environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain corporate records, filings, and compliance requirements for clients.
- Assist with the incorporation and registration of companies, partnerships, and trusts.
- Prepare and file corporate documents, including annual returns, resolutions, and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain internal databases and document management systems.
- Support attorneys with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
- Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and corporate registries.
- Draft correspondence and legal documents as needed.
- Organize and coordinate board meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Assist in billing and client account management.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and office coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, law, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate administration, preferably in a related firm
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any related software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Fluent knowledge of the Greek and English languages
Benefits package:
Salary: A competitive salary package is offered based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and overall profile.
- 13th Salary: Included and paid monthly in accordance with the company’s policy.
- Performance Bonus: A performance-based bonus may be provided based on the employee’s performance and evaluations.
- Friday: 08:00–14:00 (no break)
- Annual Leave: 20 days of annual leave, paid through the Central Vacation Fund, which provides an additional monthly payment equivalent to 8% of the employees’ gross monthly earnings.
- Provident Fund: Employees have the option to participate in the Company’s Provident Fund Scheme after successfully completing the 6-month probation period. Participation is voluntary, and the terms and conditions of the Provident Fund will be discussed with the employee upon choosing to participate.

Working Hours:Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:00 (8.5 working hours including a 30-minute break)
