About the Company:
Our client, a highly respected and long-standing law firm is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and executive support to senior management and corporate teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements
Prepare, proofread, and format business documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with internal communications and liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, board meetings, and other functions
Support special projects and perform general office duties as needed
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in an executive or corporate assistant role, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment
Law Clerk diploma or Paralegal diploma
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills
