Our client is looking for a Corporate Receptionist for their their downtown Calgary office. If you are client-focused, team-oriented, and have a warm and friendly demeanor, you would be a great fit for this role.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors ensuring a positive first impression
Professional phone demeanor to be the first point of contact
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
Manage client inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate individuals or teams
Assist Executive team as required
Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing any meeting room bookings and arrange catering
Provide administrative support to organization employee
Receive and distribute daily mail, courier packages and mail in a timely manner
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of reception or related professional office experience in a corporate environment
Strong ability to maintain a professional appearance, conduct, and uphold confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills
Client-focused with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
