About the Role:
We’re seeking a polished and organised Receptionist / Administration Assistant to be the face of our Melbourne office, delivering exceptional service while supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-of-house reception and client greeting
- Manage calls, emails, and enquiries
- Maintain reception and meeting spaces
- Coordinate meeting rooms, calendars, and catering
- General administrative support, document prep, and data entry
- Mail and courier coordination
- Office support, including supplies and vendor liaison
- Morning barista-style coffee service for staff
- Assist with internal and client events (coordination and on-the-day support)
About You:
- Experience in a corporate reception/admin role
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Event support experience is advantageous
