As reliable infrastructure requires exceptional talent, we are looking for a Corporate Secretary & Communication Mgr to strengthen our team in Batam. Responsibility:
- Develop and implement corporate governance, corporate secretary, stakeholder relations, and corporate communication strategies in alignment with company objectives and applicable regulations.
- Manage relationships and communication with shareholders, government institutions, investors, BOD, BOC, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate for BOD and BOC activities, including meetings, corporate actions, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure the implementation of Corporate Secretary functions and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles across the company.
- Lead corporate communication strategies, including internal communication, external communication, corporate announcements, and corporate social media.
- Oversee facility support services, operational vehicles, building management, utilities, and office facilities to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, applicable regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.
- Manage, develop, and evaluate the Corporate Secretary team to ensure effective execution of responsibilities and achievement of departmental objectives.
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in Corporate Secretary, Governance, Public Relations.
- Strong understanding of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), corporate governance, stakeholder management, and corporate communication.
- Strong knowledge of corporate communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple functions and stakeholders effectively.
- Possess strong multitasking skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Possess high integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
