Position: Corporate Travel Support Team Lead

Job Title: Administrative Support Team Lead

Location: Remote (Working hours will follow U.S. East Coast business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

About the Role:

The Administrative Support Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the administrative team and ensuring seamless operational support across the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including executive assistance, vendor coordination, travel logistics, and internal team oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing a small administrative support team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.

Providing executive assistance, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination for senior leadership.

Overseeing vendor relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and service coordination.

Planning and coordinating travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense tracking.

Developing and implementing administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Serving as a key point of contact for internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and support.

Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in administrative leadership, executive assistance, or operations management.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools.

Experience with travel logistics.

Availability to work during U.S. East Coast business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization.

Familiarity with project management tools and administrative software.

Background in corporate travel coordination or procurement.
