Job Description:
- Monitoring stock mutations at outlets and warehouses in the system, and coordinating related issues regarding stock mutations.
- Review the movement of the cost of goods sold (%) and its analysis.
- Monitoring inventory price movements.
- Ensuring that all departments can effectively implement every cost control policy and procedure.
- Conducting system training for relevant store employees.
- Analyzing Stock Opname based on the results of stock opname from each store.
- Coordinating with Stock Keeper PICs and Store Managers or MODs for any emerging issues.
- Ensuring that the addition of new Product Masters & new BOMs is correct and added to the system promptly.
- Generating weekly and monthly cost control reports and other reports to support relevant divisions.
- Ensuring all documents/Memos are complete and well-preserved.
- Assisting in providing necessary data support for both External and Internal Audits
Requirement:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- 2 years of work experience in same level related field preferred
- Must have spoken and written in English
- Excellent data management and data analysis skills
- Understanding cost control, budgeting, and accounting program
