What You Will Do:
• PO Auditing: Track price variances and audit purchase orders.
• Inventory Monitoring: Validate requisitions and monitor par levels.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Review supplier metrics and reconcile received goods.
• Cost Analysis: Assess financial impacts of spec changes and orders.
• Cash Flow Reporting: Deliver regular procurement commitment data.
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Control.
• Industry background: Hospitality (Hotel/Restaurant) OR Developer & Construction.
• Strong analytical mind with advanced Excel/budgeting skills.
