About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Creator Manager to manage and grow our incubation creator pool. In this position, you will be the backbone of our creator growth with primary focus on: Increasing creator activation and sales productivity, Managing creator level progression strategically, Building a sustainable ecosystem for creator growth.
Responsibilities
- Managing and activating a large-scale creator pool with measured and data-driven strategies
- Analyzing creator performance deeply using metrics such as: Posting rate and activation rate, Creator with sales rate, GMV per creator and GMV per post, Level progression trends
- Identifying gaps and opportunities in the creator ecosystem, especially inactive or underperforming creators
- Designing and implementing accurate and measurable action plans for creator incubation, including training programs, challenges, and incentives
- Running creator programs and campaigns with execution excellence and attention to detail
- Tracking and reporting KPIs consistently, including: Qualified Creator Growth, Creator Activation Rate, Creator with Sales Rate, Creator Level-Up Rate, GMV Growth per Incubated Creator, Creator Retention & Consistency Rate
Requirements
- Experience & Background 1-3 years of experience in Creator Management, Affiliate Marketing, MCN, E-commerce, TikTok Shop, or Influencer Marketing
- Proven track record in managing and activating large pools of creators (100+ creators)
- Hard Skills
- Expert in Excel/Google Sheets with ability to create dashboards, automate reporting, and conduct complex analysis
- Data analyst mindset with comfort working with performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in creator performance analysis including posting rate, activation rate, sales conversion, GMV metrics, and level progression
