Your Responsibilities
- You manage and maintain customer and equipment data across CRM and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- You create and update equipment assets based on customer orders and support asset identification for Service Level Agreement (SLA) quotations.
- You administer SLAs including entitlements, renewals, and contract maintenance.
- You coordinate SLA-related processes, including contract creation for multi-site customers and communication management.
- You review, validate, and manage user accounts within the customer portal, ensuring correct account assignment.
- You handle administrative user requests, including access upgrades, deactivations, and data corrections.
- You support ongoing data quality initiatives by maintaining customer master data and improving internal processes.
THATS YOU
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM administration, customer service, or a comparable administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel with pivot tables and data handling).
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and structured working style in an international environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
