Position: People Culture Intern
Internal Marketing &
Communication
to Employees (Supporting the development of internalcommunication through emails, electronic boards,etc.)Being part of the Welfare Committee.
Assist in organizing employee eventssuch as Celebration Day, Treat Day, Night Owl, Employee of the Yearevent, Social events etc.
Support P&CTeam in maintaining employee record anddatabases.
Provide administrative assistance tothe P&C Team as needed.
Assist incoordinating meetings, training sessions andworkshops.
Schedule and/or interviewcandidates.
Welcoming and onboarding ofnew-joiners.
Preparing monthly P&Ccalendar.
