The Opportunity
As the welcoming face of our organisation, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide exceptional customer service while supporting a wide range of administrative, rostering, recruitment, and compliance tasks that keep our community running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, families, and visitors
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
- Register and monitor visitors in line with safety and security procedures
- Maintain accurate and compliant staff files for employees, contractors, volunteers, and students
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes with the People & Development team
- Assist with rostering, data entry, filing, mail handling, and general administrative duties
About You
- Experience in reception, customer service, or administration (aged care or healthcare experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, organised, and detailfocused
- Experience with rostering systems such as Humanforce
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Additional Requirements
- Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- COVID19 vaccination (3 doses)
- Annual Flu vaccination encouraged for all aged care workers
