Job Details Manage day-to-day tasks like vehicle registrations, fleet card renewals, and refund tracking.
Address customer inquiries via phone, ensuring high satisfaction and accurate information using internal systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, resolving complaints effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill corporate customer requests promptly.
Generate and analyze reports for reconciliation, management, and regulatory purposes.
Support bad debt collection efforts and perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of experience in customer support or administration.
Strongcommunicationskills
and ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
Excellent organizational abilities for managing schedules, files, and tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related computer skills.
