What We're Looking For 🎯
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
* Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
* Strong command of English and conversational Mandarin (Malay is a bonus)
* Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Bonus Points If You Have ⭐
* Basic experience with Canva, graphic design, video editing, or copywriting
* Experience managing social media accounts or online communities
Your Responsibilities 🚀
* Manage daily customer enquiries across website, social media, WhatsApp, and e-commerce platforms
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and affiliates
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
* Support ad hoc marketing, outreach, and customer engagement initiatives
