Duties

* Assist in

customer satisfaction
and drive business growth.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and colleagues.
* Speaking with Drivers to ensure customer timings are met
* Dealing with Complaints in a professional manor
Skills
* Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong verbal and written
communication skills
in both English and Spanish; bilingual candidates are preferred. .
* Excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating
professionalism
in all interactions.
* Strong
analytical skills
to assess customer needs and feedback for
