We’re currently working with a fantastic business in North Derbyshire who are seeking a confident and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and can provide excellent support to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Updating customer records and databases
Resolving queries and escalating issues when necessary
Customer complaint resolutions.
Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
General administrative support
Weekly pay – £12.21ph.
