Key Responsibilities
- Respond and follow up on customer inquiries through live chat and email.
- Provide product information to customers clearly and accurately.
- Gather customer feedback and share suggestions with the superior to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Maintain a positive, responsible, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- SPM level or above.
- Trilingual in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu (verbal, written & reading).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any customer service role.
- High stress tolerance and strong problem-solving skills.
- Own PC/Laptop with the following specs:
- 8GB RAM or above
- Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
- Internet speed of at least 80 Mbps
Nice-to-Haves
- Preferred age range: 21–35 years old.
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
Additional Highlights
