What will you
- do?
Accountable for accurately recording customer transactions/bookings using reservation syst - ems.Handle all customer inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner via email, chat, call or any other method of communicat
- ion.Be well versed in the facilities and services offered by all Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts. Recognize the customer’s circumstance and provide the right information/offer the best rem
- edy.Provide a timely response to every complaint/issue raised by custom
- ers.Helps to generate revenue by cross-selling or upsell
- ing.Meeting or exceeding the KPIs set to ensure that the appropriate and acceptable levels of performance are maintai
ned.
What are we lookin
- g for?Preferably min 1year experience in contact centre, hospitality, travel agency and customer service
- role.SPM/Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or equivalent qualification with relevant working exper
- ience.Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to
- apply.Pleasant personality with good communication s
- kills.Computer literate and internet
- savvy.Positive attitude and a team player with passion for delivering World Class customer se
- rvice.Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance stan
- dards.Good command of spoken and written En
- glish.Ability to converse and/or write in Mandarin/Cantonese to serve specific markets and engage with Mandarin/Cantonese speaking clients and stakeho
