What will you

  • do?
    Accountable for accurately recording customer transactions/bookings using reservation syst
  • ems.Handle all customer inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner via email, chat, call or any other method of communicat
  • ion.Be well versed in the facilities and services offered by all Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts. Recognize the customer’s circumstance and provide the right information/offer the best rem
  • edy.Provide a timely response to every complaint/issue raised by custom
  • ers.Helps to generate revenue by cross-selling or upsell
  • ing.Meeting or exceeding the KPIs set to ensure that the appropriate and acceptable levels of performance are maintai

ned.

What are we lookin

  • g for?Preferably min 1year experience in contact centre, hospitality, travel agency and customer service
  • role.SPM/Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or equivalent qualification with relevant working exper
  • ience.Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to
