Position: Customer Service Officer (2 years contract) – North-East – $2600 (ID: 663430)

Responsibilities:

Provide high-

quality customer service

by delivering accurate information and advice to various stakeholders, such as callers, walk-in residents, contractors, and others, to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience.

Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries in a courteous, timely, and precise manner.

Professionally handle feedback, complaints, and service requests from residents, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution. Escalate issues to your supervisor if not resolved.

Process all correspondence related to the use or booking of communal properties, including

recreational facilities

, in line with the Town Council’s policies and procedures. Ensure payment collection for bookings and follow up on deposit refunds.

Collaborate with the Property team to monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules, bulk refuse collection, upgrades, project timelines, resource planning, and IEMS cases (where applicable).Book appointments for bulky waste removal and handle any necessary changes to these bookings.

Collect and manage payments owed to the Town Council via various methods such as cash, Nets, or credit card.

Address inquiries related to S&CC matters.

Coordinate and manage applications and appeals for permits and waivers.

Issue notices to vehicle owners, tenants, or other relevant parties to ensure compliance with or remediation of breaches in Town Council bylaws (BES). Follow up to ensure resolution.

Perform administrative tasks, including preparing courier bags, writing letters to residents, mailing, and managing inventory of office/pantry supplies.

Maintain accurate records and files of documents, materials, and transaction details relevant to Town Council matters.

Prepare end-of-day reports, including the number of permits  flexible and ready to be deployed to the call center, cashier, or reception/counter stations across all offices as needed to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level1-2 years of working experience in similar function.

Possess

strong communication skills

both spoken and written.
