Location Requirement

- This preference is essential due to the time-sensitive nature of the schedule.

Work Schedule
- The Customer Service Officer’s work schedule consists of morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Shift Schedule
- Morning Shift: 7 AM – 2 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2 PM – 9 PM
- Night Shift: 9 PM – 7 AM
Work Arrangement
- Fully report to the office location in Lekki, Lagos
Job Summary
- Manage user transactions using our specialized admin interface.

- Educate customers about our products and services
- Maintain accurate transaction records
