Customer Service & Operations Coordinator (Security Systems)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to

join our team

. This is a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our business operations. You’ll work closely with various departments, helping to streamline processes, manage administrative tasks, and keep everything ticking over efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily operational tasks, including scheduling, data entry, reporting, and documentation.

Maintain accurate records of company operations, including supplier contracts, stock levels, and compliance documents.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient

communication

and workflow.

Assist in procurement, order processing, and supplier management.

Help coordinate engineers, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with Simpro

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Excellent written and verbal

communication skills

.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

A proactive,

problem-solving

mindset and a keen eye for detail.

Salary up to £33k for the right candidate, dependant on experience.
