Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, and social media.
  • Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and methods.
  • Resolve customer issues by clarifying complaints and explaining the best solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, proactively addressing their needs and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Fluent in Burmese and English — both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
