Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues by clarifying complaints and explaining the best solutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, proactively addressing their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in Burmese and English — both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
