We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a well-established MNC in Penang.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and junior candidates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer service, order management and supply chain operations.
Location: Georgetown, Penang (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
• Process and manage customer orders, including purchase orders, order changes and delivery arrangements
• Monitor customer requirements, forecasts and order progress to ensure smooth fulfilment
• Work closely with Production and Planning teams to align supply with customer requirements
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams on deliveries and shipments
• Prepare and provide relevant shipping and order-related documentation
• Monitor stock availability and support inventory planning
• Respond to customer requests for quotations and product samples
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and assist with account-related matters
• Support basic product and quality-related enquiries from customers
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to customers and relevant stakeholders
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain will be an added advantage
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills
• Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an advantage
