Customer Service Sales Associate/Data Entry Jobs in White City, OR at Pacific Precision Grinding
Must have knowledge of firearms and previous sales experience
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Collect and organize customer information and data
– Enter orders and process invoices
– Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues or inquiries
Experience:
– Previous experience in an office or customer service role preferred
– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
– Excellent typing speed and accuracy
– Familiarity with data entry processes and software
– Basic math skills for order entry and invoicing
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
