Full Job Description
SUMMARY: This job consists of multiple tasks, primarily answering phone calls and directing them to the correct persons, ordering office supplies, finalizing invoices before they go to the customer, and helping with communication between sales & service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phone calls and transferring to the correct department
Greeting customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
Collecting Payment via credit cards or checks
Updating Tax Exemption Forms & Credit Application
Review past due open invoices for completion
Maintaining stock of office supplies and order as needed
Call clients with updated information
Maintain a clean & organized office area
Performs other related administrative task such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer skills preferred: (Accounting Software; Inventory Software; Microsoft Office)

Frequently required to stand, walk and sit
Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
