Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Data Entry professional to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support while efficiently managing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various administrative responsibilities.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
Accurately enter and update customer information in our database.
Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist with order flow by tracking shipments and communicating progress to customer
Ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
Collect and transfer data to and from various platforms accordingly
Ensure accuracy of products on the website, and report any site issues.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred.
Proficiency in data entry with strong typing skills is essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
High School or Equivalent Diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Use of Freshdesk or ZenDesk and OrderTime or NumberCruncher is a plus
