Catalent Pharma Solutionsare looking to recruit aData Administratorto join our expanding Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Shared Services team in our Swindon facility.
Our Shared Services Master Data team currently supports 24 sites globally. The role of Data Administrator is to act as a member of the Global Shared Service team ensuring accurate capturing of Vendor and Customer data that enable the operational teams to complete their task in a timely and compliant manner.

The Role
Set up and maintenance of Vendors and Customer’s into our ERP systems (JDE 9.2, JDE XE, Oracle, SAP)
Ensure monthly Vendor and Customer data reviews and maintenance are completed in line with Audit Policies.
Processing essential, repetitive tasks to maintain the accuracy of Data in each ERP
Maintain and update the data request forms
Attend requests within team mailboxes.
Ensure appropriate back up is kept and stored in a centralized location for easy access with audits.
Call Vendors to validate Bank detail changes to minimize fraud Activity, Log the actions taken
The Candidate
Previous administration experience is preferable, however all training in the role will be given
Minimum 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Math’s & English
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while paying close attention to Details
Good oral and writtencommunication skills
Good Telephone manner
Good organizational skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
