Job Purpose
As a Data Administrator, working as part of the Data Management Team, you will support the accurate input, maintaining and managing of data within the Vantage and HUB reporting system. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, consistency, and timely updates in line with OPITO processes.
Role Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Carrying out admin tasks in the Merge section, including reviewing records in line with established processes
- Processing a high volume of Vantage corrections, ensuring data is accurately updated in line with established processes
- Updating learner information in HUB / Vantage (e.g. dates of birth, name changes) following standard established processes
- Checking and correcting errors from HUB / Vantage in line with established processes
- Providing general administrative support to the Data Management Team as required
- Completing other routine administrative tasks appropriate to the role
Health & Safety / Quality Assurance
Main functions may include some or all of the following:
- Complying with relevant Company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Managing and maintaining controlled documents relating to Industry Standards
- Ensuring all Standards related processes and procedures are complied with at all times
- Contributing to the annual review of Standards ISO related processes and procedures
Essential

- A background in high volume data electronic data management / databases desirable

Desirable
- Knowledge of Vantage Central Register database / HUB although not essential as training will be provided
