The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in a busy environment, this role will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support of our business systems, in particular client-management system, Carelink Plus.
Working closely with the team to ensure the highest level of process, quality and efficiency.

What you’ll do:
Data cleansing, maintaining and accurately updating records
Administration of funding in Carelink in a timely manner
Be responsible for NDIS claiming and reconciliation
Provide support to end users in all aspects of the system, particularly rostering, client information and setting-up funding information
Audit activities, including the accuracy of processes
Monitoring rejections of claims and following-up with service delivery
Maintaining knowledge of systems, making necessary updates and changes to configuration and settings of business systems when required
Providing reports and any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Working as part of the team and liaising with CRM provider
What you’ll bring to the role:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and or previous experience in similar role. (desirable)
Highly analytical and good at managing your own workload with excellent attention to detail
Advanced computer skills using online software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service are essential
Solutions focussed approach and ability to problem solve issues as they arise
Strong understanding of disability services industry, compliance and its funding environment (desirable)
Experience in the day-to-day use of Carelink Plus (desirable)
