Key Responsibilities:
Organize, compile and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered into the system
Gather data from various sources and enter it into spreadsheets or databases
Review and validate data for errors and make necessary corrections
Ensure data is entered in a timely manner and meet specific data entry deadlines
Maintain and update database for accuracy and completeness
Generate reports based on data entered and provide analysis when needed
Work closely with other departments to collect relevant data and ensure consistency
Follow data entry processes and procedures to maintain data integrity
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
Knowledge of data management principles and database systems
Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and regulations
