A brand-new opportunity to join a passionate and expanding company in Hull as a Data Entry Administrator. This is a temporary, full-time role for a minimum of 9 months which could be extended beyond this.

THE ROLE:

As Data Entry Administrator, you will assist with the launch of a new piece of commercial software.

Main

Duties

:

Support the project team with data entry from MS Office Excel into a new system environment for testing.

Flag up and solve issues/problems with source data.

Demonstrate an

appreciation

of the underlying data origins and context.

Confirm that all data is entered precisely and efficiently.

Other:

Adhere to the Company’s compliance obligations, policies, processes, and procedures.

Report any compliance concerns, issues, and failures.

Participate in training as required.

THE CANDIDATE:

Have experience of working within a busy team.

Have fantastic time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.

Possess

strong communication skills

and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Be driven, self-motivated and adaptable.

Be computer literate with strong Excel and general MS Office skills.
