About JobWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for our company, which will in turn support effective decision-making across various departments. Your primary responsibility will be to input, update, and manage data in our systems, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Salary Range:$16.50 – $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Inputting data into the company database accurately and efficiently.
Verifying data against source documents to ensure high levels of accuracy.
Updating and maintaining information in databases and archives as required.
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry and ensuring all entries are complete.
Reviewing data for errors and making necessary corrections promptly.
Assisting in the generation of reports from the database for various departments.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in data management is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 60 words per minute.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
