About Job:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms. You will work closely with different departments to ensure that data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into databases and systems accurately and promptly.
Verify and correct data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Perform regular backups to ensure data safety and security.
Assist in maintaining organized filing systems for digital and physical documents.
Generate reports from data and present findings to relevant departments.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Respond to data inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in entering data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
