Duties
Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
Collect and transcribe data from various sources, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Utilize pivot tables and other organizational tools to analyze data as needed.
Assist with clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related projects.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
Proficient in office systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
Experience with data collection methods and transcribing information accurately.
Attention to detail is essential for maintaining data integrity.
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
