Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our database systems.

Responsibilities

Enter data into various databases and software programs

Maintain and update records as needed

Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy

Assist in data collection and organization

Create reports using Excel and pivot tables

Utilize clerical skills to organize files and documents

Support the team with administrative tasks related to data entry

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Experience with data entry and order entry

Familiarity with databases and ability to computerize information effectively

Strong clerical and administrative skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.97 – $18.81 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
