Applicant must be bilingual Russian/ English
Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
Verify patient eligibility
Must know basic excel and microsoft
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be essential in maintaining accurate and efficient data management within our organization. Reporting to the Data Management Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in computer proficiency, data entry, and typing to input and manage information effectively. Your premium skills in databases and ERP systems will enhance our operational efficiency. Additionally, your relevant experience in transcription, clerical tasks, and Microsoft Excel will support our administrative functions.
