Data Entry Clerk
Established in 1994, Utopia Management has been serving communities throughout the west with unparalleled skill and diligence. We are looking for a highly motivated person to work in our maintenance department on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical work.

Responsibilities – Data Entry Clerk

Process work orders from tenants, owners, and vendors.

Maintain internal communication between property managers, technicians, vendors, owners and tenants.

Documenting and managing maintenance work per needs of individual requests

Help process incoming emails and voicemails

Fact-checking data

Advise property tenants in trying to create and complete maintenance issues reported

Talk to Owners for approvals for work

Requirements – Data Entry Clerk

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational, multitasking, stress and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role

You should also be able to deal with emergencies, irate callers, and general inquiries in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
