Duties
Input and maintain data in various databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly recorded.
Utilize Excel and other office software to organize and analyze data as needed.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and managing documents.
Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies or errors for correction.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Provide administrative support as required, including responding to inquiries related to data management.
Requirements
Proficiency in data entry with strong typing skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Excel and other office software applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.
Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
