Purpose:

The data entry clerk will be responsible for managing SMBU Online system item maintenance. Role Details

Key Responsibilities

and Accountabilities:  Review and compile information for system updates. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output. Accurately and efficiently execute item updates. Comply with data integrity and security policies. Work on Excel spreadsheets for additions, deletions, and price updates with accuracy. Audit product data to ensure integrity and quality. Ability to think analytically.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong

attention to detail

. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.  Requirements Skillset (job specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed):  Experience in working in a

fast-paced environment
