Egybell is hiring a Data Entry Executive for a reputable travel agency located in El Mohandessen.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in data entry, hotel contracting, travel operations, or a similar role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
Very Good in English is a must
Juniper experience is a must
Strong knowledge of hotel contracting, static and dynamic contract rate plans, and channel management
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:
Review and activate static and dynamic hotel contracts
Maintain accurate hotel rates, pricing, room allocations and availability
Verify hotel data and ensure data quality through regular audits
Coordinate with Contracting teams hotels and channel managers
Monitor contract activation within the required timelines
Handle uploading issues and follow up on system updates
Review promotional offers and negotiator reports
Lead support and monitor the performance of the data entry team
Train team members and ensure compliance with company standards
