Global Admission Connect (GAC) is an international master agency and digital admissions platform that connects education institutions, recruitment partners, and students worldwide. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the management, maintenance, and quality of data within the GAC Portal.

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to support the daily operation and maintenance of the GAC Portal. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing university and program datas, ensuring information accuracy, and supporting portal-related administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update university, college, and program informations within the GAC Portal.

• Upload and maintain program details, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, admission requirements, and application information.

• Review and verify data accuracy before publishing information to the portal.

• Join and attend University product training to get update program informations regularly.

• Monitor and maintain data quality, consistency, and completeness across the platform.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding data updates and portal requirements.

• Assist with portal administration and database maintenance activities.

• Support the collection, organization, and management of educational data from partner institutions.

• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school graduate or above.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in global admission and study abroad field

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and online systems.

• Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.

• Proficient in Myanmar and English language.

• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience in education consultancy, admissions, university database management, or education technology platforms will be an advantage.
