Position Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our team with entering and managing data across various platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
Input data accurately and efficiently into spreadsheets, databases, or software systems
Maintain and update records, ensuring all information is current and correct
Review data for errors and inconsistencies
Assist with regular data audits and clean-up
Support other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or experience in data entry is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Excellent time management and organizational skills
