We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining product/vendor data and images, who has keen attention to detail, and is proficient with Excel. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills. The individual will work closely with a Supervisor to guide data extract from source files and ERP system, to prepare and upload data to databases.
Duties
Extract data from Excel, pdf and ERP.
Analyze, convert and prepare data for upload to ERP and ecommerce site.
Upload product, cost and vendor updates to the ERP and ecommerce site.
Ensure data are up to date.
Manage data integrity.
Create and edit python scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
Understand, edit and run python scripts.
Practice ecommerce merchandizing by data analysis, design and strategic positioning of products to increase sales.
Collaborate with members of IT Team, management and business units.
Skills

Pay: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
