Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support quotation processing, data management, and operational activities for international customers. This role is ideal for individuals with strong Excel skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain data accurately within internal systems
- Prepare and manage sales quotations
- Validate and update product and customer information
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Update customer portals and databases
- Support reporting and operational activities using Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
