Data Entry Specialist/Administrative Assistant
About us
Ellisys, a leading worldwide provider of test and analysis solutions for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Universal Serial Bus (USB) technologies, is seeking a part-time Data Entry Specialist / Administrative Assistant in its Gilbert, AZ offices. Position is currently part-time but may evolve to a full-time position for the right candidate.
Our customers include the world’s largest and most familiar technology companies and institutions as well as smaller developers, across a variety of markets, including silicon developers, makers of consumer electronics, wireless radio manufacturers, IP providers, test labs, government agencies, automotive manufacturers, and more.
Your competencies:
Previous experience with a CRM, such as Salesforce, Zoho, Apptivo
Experience with common MS Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
A keen eye for detail and an inclination to learn
Background in marketing or sales is a plus
The job:
Reports to the Inside Sales Manager
Works entirely from the Gilbert, AZ office, remote work not available
interacts daily with sales and marketing team members to manage data entry and quality assurance for customer support cases, sales leads and opportunities, database clean-up, and other related tasks
Occasional support of trade show preparation
This position is open in beautiful Gilbert, AZ, USA. All applicants must have the lawful right to work in the US permanently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
