Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and accurate Data Entry Specialist to handle data entry tasks related to both logistics and bookkeeping. This role is crucial to ensuring that inventory, shipment, and financial records are accurately maintained and up to date across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics-Related Data Entry
Enter and update shipment details, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations in internal systems
Maintain and reconcile inventory records and product movements across warehouses and 3PL partners
Assist in generating logistics reports and summaries for internal and customer use
Support the logistics team with documentation, labeling, and shipment coordination tasks as needed
Bookkeeping-Related Data Entry
Accurately enter vendor invoices, payment transactions, and expense records into accounting software
Assist in reconciling accounts payable and receivable entries
Maintain organized digital records of financial documents and ensure proper coding of transactions
Support the accounting team during month-end closing and audits with accurate data inputs
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in data entry, logistics coordination, or bookkeeping support
Familiarity with logistics processes and basic accounting principles
Experience using ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) and/or accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data
Strong Excel and data entry skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
