Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Lake Charles, Louisiana
Pay: $12–$14 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
Southern Choice Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data, updating records, and supporting office operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and update data into internal databases and systems with high accuracy
Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any incompatibilities
Maintain and organize digital and paper files
Generate reports and perform data audits as needed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and copying
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
Ability to type at least 45 words per minute with high accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
40 hours per week, in-office
