The Data Centre Operations Technician Team shall be responsible for maintaining operational continuity within the Data Centre. The team’s primary focus shall include monitoring infrastructure 24×7 and responding promptly to alerts and incidents, alongside overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements. The team shall ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
